Word Up Presents: We Don't Need No Education: Stories about school days
In addition to featuring storytellers and solo-performers, we're trying something new for this show! In the spirit of "Mortified Nation" and the Canadian Broadcast Series "Grownups Read Things They Wrote as Kid" and in line with our "School Days" theme, we've invited people to read brief (2-5 minute), unedited excerpts from their childhood (ages 4-19) writings. Come join us for what's sure to be another heartwarming evening of stories told live.
