Roebling Tea Room Wine Dinner

Join Jenny & Francois, Alan Rochard of the Loup Blanc winery located in the Minervois, Roebling Tea Room and Brooklyn Based for a special tasting dinner. Rochard will be pouring three of his fantastically complex wines. Don't let the name fool you -- these are all reds. The dominant varietals at Loup Blanc are Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, with some Alicante and Tempranillo thrown into the mix for fun. Rochard will speak about the art of small production, organic viticulture and rumor has it that he enjoys drinking wine as much as making it, so be prepared for lively, wine-filled evening.

Chef Dennis Spina will pair fall inspired dishes with each of the three wines, including some of the excellent local lamb that has been gracing his menu as of late.
