Anansi and the Sleeping Stone

Anansi is at it again! Join him on another wonderful
tale of trickery and lesson learning as he attempts to
misguide his animal friends for his benefit! When Anansi
finds a magical stone in the jungle he
immediately devises a plan. But as he spins his web of
mischief someone is watching and it is not long before
Anansi is caught by his own trick! This Ashanti
folktale reiterates a simple message; dishonesty leaves
you nothing but an empty belly!

The Moonpaper Tent offers a unique interactive
theater experience to every visiting patron. Upon arrival
ticket holders are greeted by costumed characters and a
show related craft project.
Once inside the auditorium our intimate performances
with floor seating and audience participation bring the
theater magic right to your lap. When the show is over
our professional actors and puppeteers will be available
for questions and comments. At The Moonpaper Tent
we not only provide a wonderful theater experience but
provide each child with their own individual bit
of enchantment.
