For the early rising cocktail maven, join Allen Katz, master mixologist and the former Chair of the Slow Food USA Board, on his preparatory shopping tour of the Union Square Greenmarket in Manhattan. Sample fresh, local vegetables, fruits, and herbs and imagine, with Allen, the mixology magic that he will work during the evening at Astor Center.
Proceeds from this event will support the activities and programs of Slow Food NYC.
