Taste of Art: Cooking American
Discover the history of war rationing, opulent dining, and melting pot possibilities through the Huntington's permanent collection and the special exhibition "Your Country Calls!: Posters of the First World War" with Maite Gomez-Rejon of ArtBites. After the tour, students will prepare an early 20th century meal with a contemporary twist.
