"Pushkin Hills" in Prospect Heights

Sergei Dovlatov's novel "Zapovednik" has been retranslated under the title "Pushkin Hills" by his daughter Katherine Dovlatov who "captures the wit and bittersweet irony of her father's Russian rural comedy" (The Guardian). Katherine is presenting the book with the help of her friends, Masha Gessen, Anya Ulinich and Alex Halberstadt all of whom are long-time admirers of Dovlatov's writing. The books will be available for purchase. The elbow will be available for rubbing. If you missed the launch of the book earlier this month, this event is a must.
