The evening will begin at 5:45pm in the garden with live music, a festive beverage and passed hors d'oeuvres.

Chicken Curry Katsu with Steamed Rice and Pickled Ginger

Strawberry Matcha Sponge Cake
**Our Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies. We appreciate your support of our program
