Shockheaded - Week 1 of Future Tenant's Trespass Residency
Felicia Cooper, in collaboration with an ensemble of Point Park University undergraduates, presents an original theatrical piece combining storytelling, post-modern movement, and paper sculpture. The piece, which explores several stories of Stuwwelpeter (Shockheaded Peter). It grapples with the question of why we are so uncomfortable with messiness and ambiguity in the stories we tell, and why we gravitate towards logic and patterns.
Future Tenant's Trespass Residency invites artists to occupy its downtown space to create and present original new work. This piece is the first in three weeks of new work.
