Shorewood Culinary Arts Chef Dinner Featuring Feedme Hospitality and Restaurant Group Executive Chef and Owner Chef Shurbert Ho
The evening will begin at 5:45pm in the Career Center with mocktails and cash only RAFFLE.
Dinner begins at 6pm
The Menu:
First course:
~Trio Fruit of the Sea Amuse Bouche
Second Course:
~Seared Pork Chop with Peach Jam
Third Course:
~Golden Plum Apple Cider Pie
**Our Guest Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our Guest Chef Dinner Series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
