WRiTEON presents two evenings of staged readings of new short plays written by local, and not so local writers. These relaxed, informal evenings give you an opportunity to give constructive feedback on each play in order to help the writers develop their work. There will be two different programmes each comprising four plays:
Saturday 14th August
Turned Out Nice Again by David Lambert Victoria Sponge by Susannah Rose The Fire Pit by John Harper Homage by Julia Bolden
Sunday 15th August
Salchicha by Dominic O'Sullivan What If? by Clare Day The Answer by Richard Brett Soup of the Day by Julia Bolden
The event will take place upstairs at the Golden Hind. You are permitted (nay, encouraged) to bring drinks purchased at the bar upstairs with you. There will be a short interval.
