THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES
Montana's in Avon will be host to the Vail Valley Theatre Company for two nights this November, the 22nd and 23rd, for their production of the Vagina Monologues featuring performances by some of the area's most beloved and well-known ladies:
Martha Brassel
Kaylee Brennand
Gena Buhler
Carol Conger
Sarah Schleper
and Tricia Swenson
There is VERY limited seating available for each night, so don't risk getting turned away at the door. Please buy your tickets in advance, and arrive early for optimal seating.
Each of the monologues deals with an aspect of the feminine experience, touching on matters such as sex, love, rape, menstruation, masturbation, birth, orgasm, the various common names for the vagina, or simply as a physical aspect of the body. A recurring theme throughout the piece is the vagina as a tool of female empowerment, and the ultimate embodiment of individuality.
Intended for mature audiences.
