Session 1 will be on June 1st from 12-4:30pm Session 2 will be on June 2nd from 12-4:30pm
Mental Health 1st Aid is the help offered to a person developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The first aid is given until appropriate treatment and support are received or until the crisis resolves. There are two sessions and BOTH must be attended to receive credit/certificate of completion.
