So You Think You Can Bartend?

So you think you can bartend??

On November 19th Wave Restaurant introduces the first in a series of 4 new cocktail classes. Each class will focus on a new drink topic:

November 19th: Prohibition - era cocktails
Guest Judge: Dave Andrews of Thrillist Chicago

During the class guests will explore the history behind the cocktail and how to mix it your own way. November 19th will explore such classics as the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned - afterwards guests will mix their own versions!

After the participants have created their new cocktail, a winner will be announced of the So You Think You Can Bartend competition their signature cocktail will be displayed on the menu for three months.

November 19th, 6-8pm, $35
**includes a gift basket, light appetizers, informational packet and 3 drinks.
