The Kitchen Counter Club presents "Melt: The Art of Macaroni & Cheese"
As the weather turns cooler, it's only appropriate that we celebrate the ultimate in cold weather comfort food.
Join host Kathleen Flinn for an evening of warm, melted happy fun in a tribute to the release of "Melt: The Art of Macaroni & Cheese" with authors Stephanie Stiavetti and Garrett McCord.
The menu will pair handcrafted artisan cheeses with a wide array of pastas (including gluten free options). It's so beyond the orange stuff in a box that it's genuinely inspiring. We'll even be breaking out our raclette machine for this one.
Stephanie Stiavetti is a writer and cookbook author living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her food blog, TheCulinaryLife.com, is a repository for all things comfort food related. Garrett McCord works as a food writer and recipe developer. His popular food blog, Vanilla Garlic, looks at how life and food intertwine.
Price includes food, wine and a signed copy of Melt.
