Mushroom Cooking Class w/ Flat #12 (BYOB)
We're excited to host our second mushroom cooking class w/ Flat #12 mushrooms! Learn about Flat #12's mushroom growing process and how to prepare chestnut, oyster, shiitake, and lion's mane mushrooms in a variety of different ways. Our menu will include:
- Oyster Mushoom "Tea"
- Make-Your-Own mushroom-infused oil bar
- Roasted mushroom polenta
- Ground mushroom and beef sliders
*BONUS: For this class, we will be incorporating black garlic from 3 Guys Garlic!
This class is for adults 21+. Guests are welcome to BYOB!
We will have mushrooms and various handmade products for sale as well!
