Steny's is hosting it's 2nd annual Beer Dinner presented by Bell's Brewing. The meal will feature 5 courses of food paired with select beers from Bell's Brewing.
$45 Per Person
Amuse bouche
Dry rubbed pork rib, homemade bread with honey, pineapple & cranberry butter*
Course 1
Mini pizza, leek and fennel compote, goat cheese, red wine poached pear, arugula and brussel sprout salad, balsamic drizzle, quail egg
Course 2
Seared scallop, grilled prawn, squid ink linguini, cherry tomato, saffron sauce, fennel frond
Course 3
Oven roasted quail, tri-colored carrot, cauliflower puree, fig, brussel sprout, pan jus sauce
Course 4
Slow Braised beef short rib, black garlic risotto, mushrooms, demi- glace
Course 5
Flourless chocolate cake, nuts, bold vanilla custard
