Join us for a 12 course plant-based dinner featuring seasonal garden selections prepared and served by the careful hands of resident chefs Jordan Toland, Larayn Clegg, Cassandra Mogusar, Jenn Russell-Fenus, Rachel Kade, Alyssa Frisk, Danielle Frisk, and Amy Meyer.
Menu as follows:
1. Fresh Baked Artisan Bread with Homemade Cheeze 2. Summer Tomato Herb Cucumber Sampler 3. Creamy Stuffed Dates 4. Watermelon Gazpacho 5. Risotto Stuffed Peppers with Nut Parmesan 6. Charred Corn Fritters with Peach Chutney 7. Beet Carpaccio with Bitter Greens, Rosemary Vinaigrette, and Toasted Pine Nuts 8. Black Berry Water Palate Cleanser 9. Bow Tie Pesto 10.
