Lunar New Year celebration at Nashi Orchards
Preview three new 2019 Nashi Orchards ciders and enjoy a bento box lunch prepared by chef Lia Bardeen of Bramble house.
Ciders to Include a single varietal Porter's Perfection dry traditional cider, Issho-Ni Vashon foraged heritage cider and "Black Ice", a sweet and boozy ice cider aged in whiskey barrels. All are small batch blends available only at the tasting room.
Bento lunch menu tentatively includes Pickled Cauliflower (for riches), Cold Poached Shrimp (for happiness), Glass noodle and cucumber salad (for wealth), Cabbage rolls with lamb (for wealth), Sitcky rice with mushrooms (for increase in position) and Palm sugar panna cotta (for fullness).
$25 for lunch box and tastes.
