You will make cheese with Scotch hill Farms goats milk as well as demonstrating making cheese with store-purchased cows milk. Pioneers in organic farming for 25 years, Scotch Hill Farm raises certified organic vegetables, herbs and flowers for their CSA (community supported agriculture) on a family farm. Chickens, sheep. goats and pigs add to the farm's diversity. Goat milk soap and natural skin care products are made on the farm. Surplus veggies are canned for the CSA and winter market sales.
