BIGA and Catalina Offshore Products present the SEA TO FIRE Seasonal Dinners
Come join us and Tommy Gomes from Catalina Offshore Products at BIGA for an unforgettable night, where we celebrate our amazingly dedicated local fishermen and their families with an exquisite four-course meal.  BIGA's Chef de Cuisine, Carlos Rodriguez, along with guest chef Chris Osborne, will choose the freshest catch of the season from Catalina Offshore's impressive catalog of sustainable seafood, caught right in our own waters, and will accompany each dish with carefully crafted organic produce from local farms.

Our signature preparation at BIGA includes our unique woodfired ovens, fueled by local, organic firewood, providing an extra layer of explosive flavor.

As many of you know, Chef Chris has run many well loved San Diego restaurant kitchens, including BIGA. We are so excited to bring the team back together for one more night and see what Chef Chris and Chef Carlos create for these collaborative dishes.

Second Course Chef Chris
Lemon Oil Poached Grouper / Sauce of Tarragon Pernod / Smoked Garlic Purée / Chilled Peas / Pistachios

Third Course Chef Carlos
Surf & Turf Beet Lobster / Pork Belly / Bean Puree / Cauliflower / Meyer Lemon Gel / Marjoram & Oregano Chimichurri / Opal Basil

Fourth Course Chef Chris
Mandilli de Saea / Veal Osso Bucco braised in Mulled Wine / Sauce of Sea Urchin and Local Persimmon / Opal Basil

Fifth Course Chef Carlos & Kristianna Zabala from Split Bakery
Lobster Pudding / Cornbread / Pickled Baby Corn / Tarragon Kettle Corn / Persimmon Bourbon Gelee

Our guest fisherman for this dinner is yet to be confirmed, but they will not only be joining us for dinner but they will also be sharing their stories and adventures with us throughout the night.

Tickets are $110 per person or $135 per person with wine pairing. Space is limited and we are expecting these tickets to sell out fast so don't hesitate to save your spot right away! 10% of each ticket will be donated to a local charity called Chef Celebration.  Learn more at chefcelebration.org.
