"The Cricket on the Hearth" -- West End Players Guild
From playwright Vladimir Zelevinsky comes the world premiere performance of his adaptation of Charles Dickens's novella The Cricket on the Hearth. Set in mid-19th century London, it is a charming, playful tale of unlikely but undying love complete with a nasty old miser, a mysterious stranger and maybe even a miracle. Steve Callahan directs.
