Fresh Harvest, Fresh Milled, Fresh Baked
Mill and bake with wheat harvested the day before. We'll be baking a variety of breads and pastries with the fresh grain as well as grain from 2018 to compare flavor, performance, and nuance. Includes field walk to view harvest on Thursday. August 8: 1-5pm August 9: 9am-5pm
