1. 4th Annual Interfaith Community Breakfast with Dr. Marshall Rosenberg
The Lane Institute of Faith and Education is pleased to announce:
the 4th Annual Interfaith Community Breakfast
September 11, 2008
featuring: Marshall Rosenberg,
founder and director of educational services for the Center for Nonviolent Communication.
Dr. Rosenberg's work has been endorsed by such known experts as Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, Arun Gandhi and many more. He is a prolific writer and speaker who has published numerous books on nonviolence and education. He also will be the keynote speaker at the Nonviolence as a Way of Life Conference held at the University of Oregon, September 11-14. This year's breakfast will be held at Erb Memorial Union on the UO campus, 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. on September 11. Tickets can be purchased on a sliding scale of $15 to $20 (choose your price based on your income) or $10 for students and will be available at First Christian Church, 1166 Oak St, Eugene, after August 20. Only a small number of tickets will be available at the door on a first come, first served basis. Please purchase your tickets by September 2.
