Life can get pretty hectic. The stress of exams, balancing out studying, socialising and perhaps dance training can be a bit much. Our yoga classes are the perfect way for teens to keep grounded and listen to what they need.|
Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness whilst balancing the body and mind.
Class Level: Open. Participants should be aged 13 17 years (School year 9 13).
Start: Tuesday 23 April*
Half Term: Week beginning Monday 27 May
End: Saturday 20/Sunday 21 July
*Monday classes will commence on Monday 29 April (due to the bank holiday)
