Join us for a hands on experience of butchering meat birds from start to finished product. We will go through through each step and share what we have learned over the last ten years. You can be as involved as you want to be and ask questions along the way. Children can come with their parents in an observatory role only and would not participate. Participating parents would need their own ticket. Butchering chickens requires the use of knives and is a messy business. Please come prepared to get dirty and a little smelly. |
Children can come with their parents in an observatory role only and would not participate; one or more parents would all need paid adult tickets.
A free copy of Renewing the Countryside: WISCONSIN will be given away to every family, couple and/or household registered for a particular workshop (a $26.95 value); the free book giveaway is limited to one copy per residential address of attendees.
