Eccentricities of a Nightingale by Tennessee Williams
Tennessee Williams rewrote his play "Summer and Smoke" and turned it into "Eccentricities of a Nightingale," a play he always preferred. The central character of Alma Winemiller (played by Pear Artistic Director Diane Tasca) is one of the most complex and engaging of Williams' heroines. A remarkable, surprising, poetic play.
