Ãn Pop-Up Dinner
Executive Chef Steven Greene, of Ãn, will be bringing his unique form of new world cuisine to our dining room in the form of a five-course dinner with a cocktail pairing for the first course, and wine pairings for the last four!

We are proud to bring our next pop-up dinner this June featuring Steven D. Greene, executive chef of Ān. He is going to bring his unique form of new world cuisine to our dining room in a five-course dinner starting with cocktails & canapés.
The four main courses:
Hamachi Tartare Yuzu, Cucumber, Coriander, Barley, Aged White Soy
Sea Scallops Tapioca, Asian Pear Salad, Ginger Puree, Thai Coconut
Border Springs Lamb Marbled Potatoes, Preserved Lemon, 7-Spiced Honey
Goat Cheese Cheesecake Pickled Strawberries, Szechuan Dust, Moscoto Sherbert
Chef Greene has an impressive culinary background including work at Herons in The Umstead Hotel and Spa, which, under his direction, won several awards and mentions in top publications like Food & Wine, Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, and Southern Living. Awards included Forbes Five-Star Rating and AAA Five Diamond Awards in 2012 on top of having won Four-Star and Four Diamond awards the four years prior. He has studied under several culinary masters such as Pascal Hurtebize, Michael Kramer, Ken Vedrinski, and Scott Crawford.
Tickets to this event will be on sale Thursday, May 23rd at 12pm and are expected to sell out quickly.
