Whats better for the City of Angels, justice or revenge?
Theres never a good time to find yourself on the roof, twelve flights up. Its a cold, foggy midnight in 1949 Los Angeles, and young Hamlet is not sure hes alone. Will Hamlet discover the truth of his big-shot detective Dads demise? Can he keep his mother, Gertrude, from marrying the guy who may have aced the old man and maintain a hold on his one true love - secretary Rae Chio? Can the young detective fill his fathers shoes?
In this suave update to the Hamlet story, playwright, John Minigan, blends the tension and uncertainty of Shakespeares original with wry humor and a well-tuned ear. This modern murder mystery shakes off the dust of its predecessors and shines with contemporary humor and flair. Directed by Jack Neary.
