Like gauze from a wound, it unwraps the tender moments when two lives intersect. Spanning 30 years, from a middle school dance, to an errant fireworks incident, to the wake of an uncaring parent, Kayleen and Doug continually hurt and heal themselves and each other. With an unlikely combination of snappy dialogue and horrifying accidents, this play cuts into and reveals the gross and icky business of love and life.
