Bon Appetit Burlesque's Tassel Tussle

On Saturday, April 13th, Bon Appetit Burlesque is holding it's third annual amateur competition which we affectionately call The Tassel Tussle. 12 pre-registered contestants will be battling it out for cash prizes, fame, glory, and the chance to become part of Bon Appetit's regular rotation of performers.

Each performer will prepare one burlesque strip tease and be judged by four guest judges from Art Party Studio, Off The Map Tattoo, MicMac Mechanical Insulation, and Bon Appetit Burlesque. Contestants will be judged on criteria such as stage presence, act creation, costuming, and comedic timing. It's a competitive night of woman-friendly, body-positive neo-burlesque that is full of amazing contestants.

Some of our contestants have been training through a burlesque course at Art Party Studio and others have been preparing all on their own, but we know that this night is going to leave you wanting to wish you can do it all over again.
