Please join us for an intimate evening benefit on Greenlake, where Fire and Earth Kitchen (www.fireandearthkitchen.com) will team up with Mosqoy (www.mosqoy.org) to bring tasty vegan, gluten-free fare and one-of-a-kind handwoven Peruvian textiles to Seattle. We are two organizations with common goals of promoting education and awareness, social responsibility and global stewardship through the choices we make on a daily basis. Based out of the Pacific Northwest (Seattle and Victoria B.C.) we share a passion for teaching others to live well while minimizing our impact on the ecosystems which surround us. <BR><BR>All proceeds from the sale of tickets and textiles benefit Mosqoy, an international charitable organization working to support educational opportunities and cultural heritage in the Sacred Valley of Peru. All food catered by Fire and Earth Kitchen will be 100% vegan and gluten-free. <BR><BR>Evening to include:<BR><BR>*Vegan, gluten-free cooking demonstration, food sampling, and recipe sharing by Fire and Earth Kitchen<BR><BR>*Presentation by Mosqoy with stunning photography of the Sacred Valley of Peru.<BR><BR>*Exhibit and sale of all natural hand-woven textiles produced by women's cooperative in Peru<BR><BR>*Wine from local producers<BR><BR>*Appetizers, light buffet dinner, and dessert (vegan & gluten-free)<BR><BR>*Peruvian music and mingling <BR><BR>Please join us to get a taste of some of the best vegan food being made in Seattle, meet the passionate founder of an international charitable organization, and see the beautiful handwoven Peruvian textiles that will be for sale.
