NORMAL PEOPLE - by Brett Michael Bullard - NYSummerfest Theater Festival 2018
The play normalizes the queer population with common issues such as commitment and career troubles, to more uncommon problems like drug overdoses. The goal is for the audience to almost forget about the character's sexualities and differences and focus on their more universal issues to hopefully influence a more effortless idea of equality.
