CONSCIOUS - by Kimberly Singleton - NYSummerfest Theater Festival 2018
Conscious, a young thriving poet, tries to come to terms with living with HIV. Those closest to him do not know that he has the disease and he must confront the one responsible. Through the use of poetry, Conscious tries to overcome his demons. The show was originally a film script, but has been adapted for theater.
