Family Meal Vol. 3

Wow! Here we go again with the third (and perhaps FINAL) installment of the Family Meal Dinner series at Pecks Arcade. Presented to you by Chef Josh Coletto and Chef Michael Lapi. We will be welcoming spring with open arms as we slowly being to break away from the mighty clutches of winter in upstate NY.

Bountiful platters of food will come to the table, to be shared between friends. Beverages are included and will be aplenty! We hope to bring people of the community together to share and enjoy the beautiful foods of the Hudson Valley.

Heres a look at what is being served:

Round One
Our own Charcuterie (Lomo, Tessa, Trotter and Lobster terrine, pate, etc)
Assorted Sourdough Breads
Winter Pickles
Pickled Deviled Eggs

Round Two
Salsify and Crispy pork soup
Clams
Warm Escarole Salad, Dijon Vinaigrette, Duck Rillettes

Round Three
Whole Beef Ribs, Polenta, Mushrooms, Braised Greens

Roasted Chickens, Mint Pistou, Shaved Carrot Salad

Pommes Anna

Round Four
Assorted Winter Pies and Cookies

Tickets will be $100 Per person and are pre-sale only.
They include Dinner, Drinks and Service (however more for service is always greatly appreciated!)
