2nd Annual Beer Dinner Featuring Dogfish Head

Steny's is hosting it's 2nd annual Beer Dinner presented by Dogfish Head Brewing. The meal will feature 5 courses of food paired with select beers from Dogfish Head Brewing.
$50 Per Person
Course 1 Salad
A wedge of grilled romaine lettuce with smoked blue cheese beer dressing with roasted grape tomatoes, smoked apple wood bacon bits, pickled red onions.
Course 2 Appetizer
Not your typical egg roll. House chorizo with green chilies in a creamy spicy cheese wrapped in a won ton and fried to golden brown served over a coffee stout mole, finished with avocado mousse and micro cilantro.
Course 3 Soup
Roasted butternut squash topped with a honey ale crème fraiche with spicy toasted pepinos.
Course 4 Entrée
Seared Maple leaf farms duck breast served over a sweet potato and pork belly hash with roasted poblano peppers and finished with stout duck demiglace and roasted corn relish.
Course 5 Dessert
Stout oatmeal panna cotta finished in a raspberry coulis a chocolate lattice and Guinness stout whipped cream.
