Lillian by William Luce
An Actors Collaborative Toledo "Special Event." Two Toledo theatre icons join forces to bring you "Lillian" by William Luce. A one-woman show featuring Barbara Barkan as Lillian Hellman, directed by Paul Causman.
The evening will begin with a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception at 7:00 p.m. with the performance beginning at 8:00 p.m. The evening will be capped off with a dessert bar and informal discussion with Ms. Barkan and Mr. Causman.
Based on the autobiographical writings of Lillian Hellman. A sensitive, revealing portrait of one of our theatre's immortals, which captures both the feisty, combative public persona and the compassionate, humorous woman known only to those of closer acquaintance.
