Inviting you to an hour & a half long introductory class at my new studio in Vallejo, The Syn Circus Studio! A downtown location with plenty of free parking... And you can ride the ferry if you are coming from SF! Saturday the 28th, 1-2:30pm. Beginning with a grounding yoga/ pilates based warm-up, then working on a variety of aerial apparatus (Lyra, aerial hammock, & silks) we will learn basic skills, ways to link these new movements, and finally finding your own flow through guided improvisations!
