Montclair Culinary Academy - Baking Class 'Beyond the Basics' for Tweens (10-12) & Teens (13-17)
Your Teens and Tweens will love this baking class! We take you beyond simple basics to the big league of baking. Our Chef/ Instructors will guide you through advanced techniques and create desserts in the time honored traditions of Master Bakers! From correct measurements to flavors, textures and taste, this class is not to be missed! Learn the art of the strawberry short cake, with handmade whipped cream, fruit filled tarts and vanilla creme brûlée.
