Cardinal Innovations - Creating Safe Spaces: Effectively Engaging LGBTQ Clients (BY INVITATION ONLY)
This training is designed to create affirming and supportive environments for all individuals regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression by providing participants with a deeper understanding of the issues faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) clients. The training will enable service providers to be able to effectively and efficiently address issues faced by LGBTQ clients and to work with all clients in a way that is both affirming and validating of their identity.
