Thunder by Tatyana Tenenbaum examines the transformative power of the voice to enact multiple states of sensation, action and meaning. Performers simultaneously create and alter their environment throughthe tasks of singing and moving. With tuneful attention to the boundaries between chaos and order, they navigate complex landscapes of physicality and musical expression erupting in a newly embodied and resonant spectacle. This dance performance is created by choreographer/composer Tatyana Tenenbaum in collaboration with the performers.
