HABC & SDC Cassoulet Dinner
As the snow melts off the sidewalks of the north side of Chicago and the first inklings of spring begin to show their face, it's time for another year of Cassoulet at Half Acre from Sunday Night Dinner Club
SDC will cook up a batch of their legendary cassoulet with Garlic Sausage, Duck Confit, Leg of Lamb, Slab Bacon, Duck Fat Bread Crumbs and Dijon Mustard and Half Acre will cover the beer.
We'll end the night with Chocolate Mousse with Graham Crackers and Toasted Marshmallow
Tickets include four 10 ounce pours of Half Acre beers.
