Open to women and men
IMPACT's hands-on, three hour introductory program gives students a taste of our 20-hour basics course. Covered in the class are verbal strategies as well as basic strikes for the most common assault situations. Students gain a basic understanding of adrenaline-state training. Tuition for the workshop is applicable for any Basics course registered for within a year.
One three-hour session.
