BFMM Presents DINNER BY THE BITE, A FUNraiser
DINNER BY THE BITE is a Fundraiser for BLACK FOLKS MAKE MOVIES & the BAC (Black American Cinema) Library Screening Series. Step on out and enjoy great dinner fare appetizers, raise a glass and funds for the monthly Screening Series at the Clifton & St. Bernard Branch Libraries. $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
An opportunity to support and celebrate the BAC Monthly Screening Series and a kick-off to Black History Month!!! You're invited to BYOB and stuff your face with some great dinner fare appetizers created by Super Chef, Cynthia M. Brown, Culinary Director of the Glendalia Boutique Hotel & Culinary Studio; a coffee bar; an Auction of award winning PBS documentary, MIDNIGHT RAMBLE: Oscar Micheaux and the Story of Race Movies DVD; BODY AND SOUL & WITHIN OUR GATES Race Movie Posters plus a surprise musical guest.
