Class - Sugar Detox

Start the New Year right. Sugar is one of the most addictive substances in the world, and it has a devastating effect on your health. Nutrition consultant and popular Co-op instructor Heidi Snyder is back to guide you through a 21-day Sugar Detox program. The orientation session is held Thursday, Jan. 14, 7-8:30pm followed by four class sessions on Thursdays, Jan. 21, 28, and Wednesdays, Feb. 3 & 10 from 7 to 8pm. $20 for class series plus book purchase.
