Every year, the board of Slow Food NYC holds an open meeting in order to connect with the membership and keep our communication as open as possible. Attendees will hear a full summary of our activities as well as our plans for the future; they will also be able to ask questions, make suggestions and learn how to get more involved.
If you are interested in joining the board and taking a leadership role in our organization, this event is the best way to meet the current leadership and get the information you need to move forward.
Please arrive by 6:30 sharp and head upstairs to the 2nd floor mezzanine at 61 Local (door at the back right of the main space) to ensure that you don't miss the brief presentations by current board members, which will conclude at 7:15. Light refreshments will be served.
After the presentations we will move downstairs for more libations and conversation.
