"Don't Shoot" Jago Thorne in Concert
Jago performs selections from his debut album, as well as new songs, with his dynamic musical ensemble. Guitar, pedal steel, double bass, viola, drums, and electronica create a dynamic musical texture for this singer-songwriter's live project. With noise generators under finger tips, and analog delays pushing pedal steel into unusual abstraction, alt-ballads and rock pulse take on new form.
With an interest in creating a unique collective and community based project, Lomokino film vignettes crafted for this event will be projected during the musical performance.
