Open Kitchen's Gourmet Chocolates Workshop
In this hands-on class, Open Kitchen's Chocolatier, Chef Sean, will introduce the history, craft, and techniques of professional chocolate-making as he guides you through the production of gourmet sweet eats. You'll whip up a silken chocolate mousse (from scratch!), shape Dark Chocolate Dessert Cups, and create and decorate Milk Chocolate Honey Truffles. The best part? Taking these goodies home to enjoy all season long!
