Saturday Family Concerts: Gustafer Yellowgold with Seattle Rock Orchestra
Acclaimed by Entertainment Weekly ("absurdly appealing") and New York Magazine (Best Kids' Performer), Gustafer Yellowgold is a friendly creature who came to Earth from the sun and lives in a gently psychedelicized version of the Minnesota woods. In a return SFC engagement, Gustafer (Morgan Taylor) unites his infectious multimedia performance of music, animation, and storytelling with the symphonic sounds of the Seattle Rock Orchestra (known for its performances at Sasquatch in 2010 and 2011, and tributes to the likes of Arcade Fire, David Bowie, the Beach Boys, and Queen).
