A four-course dinner and cooking lesson from one of Seattle's most acclaimed chefs. Do I need to write more than that? For those that may need some convincing, you'll get to see up close how a pro makes gnocchi, and the recipes for this fantastic meal come from Ethan's "New Italian Kitchen," which will of course be available for sale and signing.
