The Gluten-Free Asian Kitchen--Cooking Class with Laura Russell
Those who avoid gluten often seek out Asian cuisine because of its use of rice. But what about eggrolls, dumplings, and other wheat-based bites? Laura Russell's new book, The Gluten-Free Asian Kitchen, moves gluten-free Asian cooking beyond rice and shows you how to enjoy foods you might have thought you were missing. Laura will show us how to make Vietnamese-style Roasted Pork Meatballs with Nuoc Cham Sauce, Mixed Vegetable Tempura Pancakes, and Bon Bon Chicken. Join us for an evening of cooking, conversation, and (of course) food.
